RUSTY HAMRICK

A lifelong resident of South Carolina, Rusty was exposed to the beauty of the outdoors early on.  At the age of twelve his family moved to their seven hundred acres in the rolling hills of the Piedmont Region in southern Greenville County where he was exposed to timber and wildlife management early on.  For the last ten years he has played an integral role in the management of this farm and been fortunate enough to witness its progression into a first-class hunting and timber tract.  Upon going to work for NAI Earle Furman, LLC to start a recreational and timber division, Rusty founded Huff Creek Properties where he follows his passion of assisting clients in the purchase and sale of hunting and timber tracts as well as offering input and facilitating methods to make improvements to these properties.

Rusty graduated from the College of Charleston in 2003 with a degree in Corporate Communication.  Following his undergraduate work Rusty earned a law degree from the Charleston School of Law in 2007 and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University in 2009.

An avid outdoorsman for his entire life, Rusty continues to hunt, fish, and manage for wildlife on his family’s farm.  He is also a board member for the Quality Deer Management Association’s (QDMA) Foothills Branch.
