Rusty Hamrick brings a unique combination of education and experience to the land brokerage business. In addition to graduating from the College of Charleston with a BA in Corporate Communication he also earned a law degree from the Charleston School of Law and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
In 2010 Rusty was hired by NAI Earle Furman to create the Huff Creek Properties Division. Since then, he has brokered $70MM in sales and authored dozens of industry related articles for the quarterly Huff Creek Properties newsletter, LandThink.com, the Upstate Business Journal, and Quality Whitetails magazine.
Rusty was raised on a 700 acre farm in upstate South Carolina where he received early exposure to timber & wildlife management, agricultural operations, pond/reservoir & impoundment management, easements, equestrianism, and land & wildlife conservation. His background and education make him a valuable resource for landowners.
